Even without flesh on his bones, Jenner is still an aristocratt and he acts like one with style,refinement and masterfull evil elegance, he can also mess you with the mud without using a single curse word. Usually he hides his real appearance under the illusoric mask of himself from times when he still had flesh of his bones, and actually not many people know about this. He dosen't like to act with hestitation and prefers to plan many steps ahead and cover most of theoretical bases. He's evil but also lawful lord, his people can feel safe under his rulership, at least from the outside dangers and as long as everything works like he pleases it, and they degenarate along with him and his land.
